Basic Properties and Core Functions: The core function of this product is to filter impurities from compressed air and stabilize the output pressure. However, this model has been discontinued. Both the valve body and valve cap are made of aluminum alloy, featuring a robust structure suitable for conventional industrial installation scenarios. The sealing components are made of neoprene rubber, ensuring reliable sealing performance and effectively reducing air pressure leakage issues.
Filter-related parameters: Equipped with a sintered polypropylene filter element, the filtration precision reaches 40 microns, effectively removing moisture and solid particle impurities from compressed air. This prevents wear or malfunctions in downstream pneumatic equipment caused by contaminants, ensuring stable operation of the pneumatic system.
Pressure-related parameters: The output pressure adjustment range is 0.3 - 10 bar (corresponding to 5 - 150 psi), with a maximum intake pressure of up to 10 bar (i.e., 145 psi). The system also features a pressure relief function to promptly release excess pressure beyond the set range, preventing equipment damage due to high pressure. Additionally, the product is equipped with a pressure gauge for convenient real-time monitoring and adjustment of pressure values.
Interface and Emission Parameters: The interface specification is 1/2 inch PTF, compatible with corresponding pipeline connections. It features a quarter-turn manual emission method for convenient operation, allowing manual control to discharge accumulated water and impurities separated by filtration.
Material and Operating Parameters: The gas storage tank is made of aluminum alloy and features a design with an observation window for easy inspection of internal impurity accumulation and water condensation. It is suitable for compressed air as the medium, with a wide operating temperature range of -34°C to 80°C (-30°F to 176°F), making it adaptable to most industrial ambient conditions and some extreme temperature scenarios.
