Core Power and Electrical Input Parameters
The adapted motor power reaches 75 kW, corresponding to 100 HP, meeting the power output requirements of high-power industrial equipment. The rated output current is 150 A, with a rated output capacity of 114 KVA, enabling stable operation of matched three-phase asynchronous motors.
The input power supply is three-phase 380-460VAC, compatible with 50/60Hz industrial frequency. The voltage tolerance is ±10%, and the frequency tolerance is ±5%, capable of handling common voltage and frequency fluctuations in industrial power grids, making it suitable for most industrial power applications.
Output and Speed Regulation Control Parameters
The output frequency range can cover 0.1 to 120Hz, supporting wide-speed regulation to meet the rotational speed adjustment requirements of equipment under various working conditions. The output voltage will correspondingly match the input voltage, ensuring stable motor operation.
The control mode is highly flexible, offering three options: open-loop vector control, closed-loop vector control, and V/F control. It delivers outstanding starting torque performance, with 150% torque at 0.5Hz under open-loop vector control and 180% torque at 0Hz under closed-loop vector control, ensuring smooth starts and stops with strong load adaptability. The carrier frequency can be adjusted flexibly, paired with optimized PWM modulation to reduce operational noise while improving speed regulation precision.
Overload and Braking Performance
It has strong overload tolerance, capable of stable operation for 1 minute every 5 minutes under a load of 120% of the rated output current. This allows it to handle short-term overload conditions such as equipment startup and sudden load increases, preventing frequent shutdowns.
Built-in braking unit enables rapid stopping without the need for additional extensive brake components. It also supports external brake resistors for enhanced braking performance, making it suitable for industrial applications requiring frequent start-stop operations.
Function and Operation Interface Parameters
The built-in simple PLC function allows for up to 16-speed control segments via control terminals. It also supports 10 auxiliary frequency sources, enabling flexible fine-tuning and synthesis of auxiliary frequencies to meet complex multi-speed process requirements.
Equipped with a wide range of input and output interfaces, including 11 sets of intelligent input terminals and multiple sets of intelligent output terminals, it supports 0-10Vdc and 4-20mA analog input/output. Analog signals can be added and combined, facilitating integration with external devices such as sensors and PLCs. Additionally, it features a built-in RS-485 communication interface, enabling remote centralized control and device status monitoring.
Equipped with built-in PID control and automatic voltage regulation (AVR) functions, it is suitable for systems requiring feedback regulation such as constant pressure water supply and constant pressure air supply. It can automatically adjust the output based on feedback signals to ensure stable system parameters.
